I recently had a remote starter installed at the Car Toys in Tacoma. I am now unable to start my car remotely or manually due to the remote starter malfunctioning.
When I called Car Toys, I was told there was nothing they could do right now because they were too busy and the manager is on vacation. In the meantime, I am stranded without a car. They could not even tell me exactly when they could send someone out to take care of the problem. For such a big business not to be prepared to deal with situations like this is unbelievable.
I have tried to contact the Car Toys headquarters in Seattle, but they are closed on weekends. So the only thing I could do was to leave a message and wait.
Very frustrating to deal with a company that claims to provide reliable customer service and satisfaction and doesn't deliver. Buyer beware !
