I bought my son a car stereo for his birthday on March 2 and set up the installation for March 16th. When my son drove to the appointment from Newport he found out they didn't order the right part and he would have to wait for the part to come in.
I was already upset that they dropped the ball so they offered to give me a discount on the parts. 3 weeks pass and I never heard back from them so I called yesterday and they had the manager Jeff call me today saying the part never came in. When I asked can we get free install Jeff's starts telling me there's nothing he can do about that only wanting to give me the same discount as before.
Plus the guy is rude and condescending. Seriously the worst customer service I have dealt with.
