Scam for Car Detailing Service
We have bought a Groupon for my Wifes Car Detailing. We dropped the car at your Store located at 12636 Totem Lake Blvd., Kirkland, WA 98034 around 10:00 am on Sunday.
We were told it will be done by 5:00 pm. We never had a call from your store at 5:00 pm. When we called at 5:00 pm, we were told the car was not ready yet. We received a call at 7:55 pm saying the car is ready but you are closing.
We could not fly to your shop and pick up the car in 2 minutes by 8:00 pm. So we had arranged for a rental car so my wife can go to work the next day. On Monday, we got to your store around 6:00 pm and received the car. To our surprise and disappointment, the car was the almost the same way we dropped it at your shop of cleaning.
We brought this to your attention and you declined to talk to us. See attached photos after the detailing. We believe this is a scam and we are confident that other people had the same experience. We are sending a copy of this complaint to Groupon as well.
We would like to get our money back in addition to the cost of one day car rental ($65). Otherwise, we will file a formal complaint with WA State Consumer Affairs and other proper agencies. A copy of your invoice is attached.

BAD POOR Customer Service
They cannot fix my door lock with the remote control and told me to go to the mechanical shop and I brought my car back to my dealership and they said my door locks are fine, so they call car toys to fix for me. When I asked about the labor fee, the employees told me the different price, one told me is $50; the other one told me at least $20, the manager told me is $70.
and the store manager told me to leave my car with them and walk home with a very bad attitude. This is Not an honest business and poor bad customer service.
I really Dont want to stay with business with the car toys. As a customer, I dont need to bed treated as a bad attitude.

I took my Toyota 4 Runner to Car Toys in Everett and they had the vehicle for 5 hours. They done a once over lightly job and left residue on the dash.
They hardly touched the carpets. The cargo area had some stains that they didn't even attempt to remove. I ended up taking them out myself with carpet cleaner. They left a powder residue along the edges of the carpets.
I would not recommend this service, I called and spoke to the manger Raul and he seemed that he didn't even care..... take my advise and don't take your care here for cleaning
